The 2023 GFFA will again offer all registered participants the opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings with other participants (1-to-1 networking meetings) via an online networking system. Meetings will be held at numbered tables in designated networking areas within the Innovation Forum.

Who can participate:

  • The networking system will open in early December 2022. If you agree to participate in the networking tool during your registration for the event, you will receive an activation email with login information and instructions on how to use the networking tool.

How it works:

  • Networking System Login Page
  • Log in and set up your account (availability schedule, personal profile, and company profile).
  • Then, search for interesting companies or participants and send requests for one-on-one meetings.
  • Manage meeting requests received from other participants by accepting or rejecting them.
  • Once both parties accept a meeting request, the system automatically assigns a meeting location and a 20-minute time slot (15 minutes meeting time + 5 minutes break) based on mutual availability. Both parties are notified by email so the meeting can take place without further coordination.
  • The pre-scheduled one-on-one meetings will take place at numbered tables in designated networking areas within the Innovation Forum at the CityCube (all levels)*.

  • If you have any questions, please contact the Networking Helpdesk (foyer, entrance level).

* Please note that only a limited number of networking tables are available, and it may not be possible to schedule all confirmed one-on-one meetings. Alternatively, it is also possible to exchange and freely arrange meetings with other participants via the messaging function (“Messenger”).
